Leading forklift manufacturer, Doosan, has been chosen as the preferred supplier of leading international construction materials group Saint-Gobain.
The UK’s largest ever forklift deal will see the company supply over 2,000 counterbalance trucks across a variety of Saint-Gobain UK manufacturing, retail and merchant sites. These include the company’s Jewson, JP Corry and Gibbs and Dandy builders’ merchant networks.

Doosan has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for its futuristic Concept Forklift.
The award, presented by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany, praises design concepts, ideas and visions, and focuses on up-and-coming creative talents, designers and design companies around the world.

The Essex-based dealer sells over 100 new Doosan forklifts each year and aims to increase its annual turnover, currently in excess of £3.5m, by 30 to 35 percent within the next 3 years. The move follows Doosan’s recent decision to create a new standalone business, Doosan Industrial Vehicles.

Read more →Rushlift Ltd has secured a national deal to supply JP Corry, Northern Ireland’s largest builders merchant with specialist equipment from forklift manufactures Doosan and Combilift.
A highly respected name in Ireland, with a 140 year history providing timber and building supplies from around the world, JP Corry has already received over 40 new Doosan and Combilift trucks across 17 branches.
The 10-year supply contract was developed by Rushlift national account manager Matt Turner who travelled to each site, assessing each branch’s individual requirements and recommending new methods of working. Because of his expertise and knowledge, Matt was able to identify a tailor made solution for JP Corry to improve productivity and reduce lifetime costs.
