The Job Role:

The role of the Parts Sales Manager is to increase sales through our Dealer networks.

Perfect for:

Someone who has strong Forklift Truck – parts knowledge and a good background in sales.

What you’ll be doing:

Selling parts to our dealers

  • – Visiting dealers’ site to strengthen partnership, resolve sales issue (price, product, logistics, system, etc.) and identify market trends
  • – Finding new customers and sales opportunities
  • – Hit the annual sales target


  • – Analysing sales performance and market trend
  • – Making a sales performance report of the dealers and DIVUK
  • – Profitability analysis
  • – Promotion plan with marketing material
  • – Annual pricing
  • – Annual operation plan and Long rang plan for sales

Developing new stock items

  • – Identifying new sector for AM Biz. and analyzing financial effect.
  • – Introducing the items through negotiation with suppliers (Price, delivery, quality control, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

  • SAP knowledge (Sales/Warehouse/Logistics)
  • Experience of selling Forklift truck parts
  • Experience of working at very high standards of administration
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of quality at all times
  • Organised and methodical approach to activities and systems
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to use the Microsoft Office suite
