Capture3-900x450The second game into the South Korean baseball championship final saw the Doosan Bears defeat the Samsung Lions 6-1 on Tuesday.

The Bears blew a 5-0 lead to lose the first game by 9-8, but there was no such squandering this time.

Making it an even playing field at one game apiece ahead of the next game on Thursday.

The Doosan Bears will be heading to their home at the Jamsil Stadium in Seoul for three games, starting on Thursday.

The Bears began its career in professional baseball on March 17 and won the Korean Series in 1982, the first year of pro baseball in Korea (KBL), and helped stimulate interest in the game of baseball. The club then repeated its success by becoming champions again in 1995 and 2001.
